Die vier Hauptschritte sind Zerkleinern, Granulieren, Graphitisieren, Sieben und Entmagnetisieren. Unter den vier Hauptprozessen f\u00fcr k\u00fcnstlichen Graphit sind das Zerkleinern und Sieben relativ einfach, w\u00e4hrend die Granulierung und Graphitisierung komplexer sind. Hochwertiger k\u00fcnstlicher Graphit erfordert mehr Prozesse, wie z. B. Sekund\u00e4rgranulierung, Karbonisierungsbeschichtung, Sekund\u00e4rbeschichtung, Dotierungsmodifikation usw.<\/p><p>Der Sekund\u00e4rgranulierungsprozess besteht darin, das Aggregat zu zerkleinern, um ein Grundmaterial mit kleinen Partikeln zu erhalten, Asphalt als Bindemittel zu verwenden und eine Sekund\u00e4rgranulierung in einem Reaktor entsprechend der Zielpartikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe durchzuf\u00fchren. Nach anschlie\u00dfender Graphitierung und anderen Prozessen wird das fertige Produkt durch Sekund\u00e4rgranulierung der negativen Elektrodenmaterialien erhalten. Der sekund\u00e4re Granulierungsprozess f\u00fcr einteilige negative Elektroden kann die Anzahl der Kan\u00e4le f\u00fcr die Einbettung und Abl\u00f6sung von Li+ im Kristallgitter erh\u00f6hen und so die Ratenleistung und die Tieftemperaturleistung des negativen Elektrodenmaterials weiter verbessern.<\/p><p>W\u00e4hrend des Granulierungsprozesses haben Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, Verteilung und Morphologie der Graphitpartikel einen gro\u00dfen Einfluss auf die Leistungsindikatoren der negativen Elektrode. Unternehmen m\u00fcssen die Vorteile kleiner Partikel in Bezug auf Ratenleistung und Zykluslebensdauer und die Nachteile in Bezug auf Ersteffizienz und Verdichtungsdichte abw\u00e4gen und gleichzeitig die Morphologie der Partikel unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Expansionsleistung beeinflussen und Energiedichte. Das gemischte Pulver wird in die Wabenmahlkammer gegeben und die Temperatur erh\u00f6ht (etwa mehrere hundert Grad), so dass der Asphalt die Oberfl\u00e4che der Kokspartikel bedeckt und die fl\u00fcchtigen Bestandteile bei hoher Temperatur verdampfen.
